That's why we asked for the help of Bex Bridgford, the yoga instructor over at the brand new Global Fitness Network (FiT) channel to put the GCN boys through a 35 minute session. As you can see, it was a bit of a struggle...but we hope this session will help supplement your training with a bit of core work and stretching that should help your cycling in the long run.
