Mavic is heading back to the United States

Legendary French wheel specialist has opened an office in Vermont, USA to support sales and servicing of the US market

Mavic have opened a US office in Vermont offering North American support and servicing

French wheel manufacturer Mavic has announced that it has opened a new office in Waterbury, Vermont with the aim of being better located to support its US customer base.

This move will see the brand try to build new accounts across the US as well as reconnecting historic and past accounts from when Mavic was last operating in the North America.

The new Waterbury office will also serve as a Mavic service centre that "will be able to provide a full spectrum of support to dealers, partners, and riders throughout North America". For the time being the new facility will only be focusing on supporting Mavic wheels, however there is future scope to provide support for the full range of Mavic products that extends beyond wheels.

Jean-Michel Bourrelier, CEO of Mavic USA, had this to say regarding the new US facility: "We are thrilled to be back in the USA to address the needs of our North American customers with our new Mavic Service Center in Waterbury, Vermont."

He also went on to say: "We are also very excited to unveil many new products in the coming months, relevant to the US market and local riders. We hope that American gravel, mountain and road riders will be able to experience our new wheel technologies and discover our new apparel that celebrate the long-standing history of our brand."

Mavic have fresh and new products launching for 2024 across the board from road to gravel and mountain biking. With this move back into the American market Mavic have also announced that there will be "regional products built specifically for the North American market."
