3 minutes of steady warmup
3x Tempo/Sweetspot cadence intervals
- These are:
- 3 minutes at Tempo, with a cadence of 90rpm
- 5 minutes at Sweetspot, with a cadence of 60rpm
4x Tempo/Full power cadence intervals
- These are:
- 2 minutes at Tempo, with a cadence of 90rpm
- 1 minute as hard as possible, with a cadence of 60rpm
3 minutes steady cool down
