Hailing from an engineering team that had previously worked in top level motorsport from Ferrari to F1 teams, Factor bikes started in Norfolk, UK. The Slick is claimed to be 1.5kg lighter than their previous model. Other interesting features include the unique split Twin Vane Evo downtube, designed to reduce drag by 100g at 40kph.
Parts for the built are sourced from all over the world, including the American cockpit from 51 Speedshop, French wheels and pedals from Mavic and Look and an Italian saddle from Fi'zi:k.
