On the GCN Show this week, we're talking gravel riding. We know that plenty of you are likely big fans of gravel riding or "groad" riding and that some of you will even have gravel bikes.

But, recent events have left us thinking that gravel riding might be a bit mundane for some pro cyclists. Marcus Stockl and Eric Barone are two record breakers. And, their thing is breaking cycling speed records by flying down gravel hills without braking. Tell us what you think down in the comments.

The road race season got started in Europe, where Alejandro Valverde was in flying form on home roads. Check out that show – that's a good pun, honest.

The cyclocross season has very nearly drawn to a close with the final round of the Superprestige series, which is one of the biggest Belgian/Dutch race series – and also the longest running at 35 years.

Legendary Italian brand Colnago celebrated their founder – Ernesto Colnago's – 85th birthday with a special edition of their flagship model. Just – you guessed it – 85 bikes are going to be available. Colnago fans, you'd better be quick.
