World of Cycling: What are Ineos Grenadiers getting wrong in the transfer window?

The transfer window was not so much opened on August 1, but smashed in by the flood of moves that were ready to be announced by teams. To this day, multiple transfers are being revealed every 24 hours and there are many riders still looking for a contract. As such, it was only appropriate for this week's World of Cycling episode to be a transfer special, with a particular eye cast on Tao Geoghegan Hart's departure from Ineos Grenadiers.
