Let us know in the comments 👇 Riders activity varies on a rest-day. Some like to go out and stretch their legs or go for a coffee, between 1-2 hour ride. Other riders prefer to do nothing. The following day for riders can be a toss up between feeling refreshed and regenerate or feeling depleted and having empty/dead legs.
