The Tour de Romandie has predicted the previous few Tour de France winners. Will it do the same this year? Chris Froome took victory after he rode to second place on the queen stage behind Katusha's Simon Spilak and took victory in the final time trial.
At the Tour of Turkey, Adam Yates of ORICA-GreenEdge left his mark on the race in his first year as a professional, claiming the leader's jersey from Rein Taaramae with one stage remaining.
Marianne Vos took a stage win in Luxembourg, but her teammate, Anna Van der Breggen won the overall. Alexander Kristoff won the Rund um der Finanzplatz in Frankfurt.
