Some spectacular racing over in Rio was marred by several bone-breaking crashes for Annemiek van Vleuten, Richie Porte and Vincenzo Nibali among others. Thankfully it was nothing worse, but we ask whether anything could have been done to avoid it. Have YOUR say in the comments below.
