Weighing in at just 750 grams, this is the bike that in its unbadged form took Cadel Evans to the podium of the 2013 Giro. It's is quoted to be 25% stiffer than the last version of the bike.
This 'final prototype' verion is finished in naked carbon which we think looks fantastic. This particular bike belongs ot Brent Bookwalter, who you may rmember from the Tour of Qatar earleir this year where he came second.
Running 11 speed Di2 throughout, aside from older Dura-Ace cranks used so that and SRM power meter can be fitted. Brent uses an 11 - 27 cassette, 25c wide tyres, 3T carbon bars and alloy stem. The seatpost is a BMC designed model specific to the Team Machine SLR01 and it's topped with a fi'zi:k Antares saddle.
So light is this bike that riders using the smaller sizes have to add weight in order to hit the UCI's weight limit!
