Since retiring from professional cycling our resident track cyclist, Manon, has taken to riding her bike more casually, swapping training rides for cafe rides. But now she's going to face one of her toughest challenges to date, cycling the full 228km of the Steamboat Gravel Race. But how will she be training for this epic race around her full time job?
