Do You Need To Wear A Helmet Whilst Cycling? | GCN Show Ep.391

Wearing a bike helmet when you're out cycling is something that many people take as a given, and wouldn't dream of heading out the door for a ride without one. However, choosing whether or not to wear a helmet can spark quite a heated debate amongst cyclists and, in addition to this, studies suggest that mandatory helmet use actually leads to fewer people getting out on their bikes! We wanted to turn the debate over to our audience to get a better idea of people's opinions on bike helmets, whether or not they should be mandatory, and whether there's more to keeping safe on the bike than helmet use.
