As cyclists, many of us want to be able to climb faster. There are no shortcuts here, but, sometimes it is possible to train for a type of climb without necessarily riding that sort of climb.
In this video, former professional cyclists Matt Stephens and Dan Lloyd go through describe four cycling workouts that will help you to improve your fitness and ability on longer road cycling climbs.
Featuring HIIT, FTP training and sweetspot training, each session is ideal for burning fat, getting fitter and getting faster.
