Tobias was a Pro Continental rider for over eight years between 2012 and 2020. In 2015 he was fifth at the U23 National Champs and completed the Tour de l’Avenir as part of team Kuoto-Lotto. These days he loves riding on small country lanes without much traffic, so frequently heads to Mallorca, Ardennes and the Eifel mountains in Germany.
He’s a stickler for bike maintenance and loves tinkering with bikes. He can’t stand dirty bikes but it’s a dry, noisy chain that really tips him over the edge. Well that and his contempt for those headwinds on the commute to and from the GCN auf Deutsch’s office.
