Will It Seal? | How Good Are Tubeless Tyres At Preventing Punctures?
Tubeless tyres are pretty established now in cycling, becoming the norm on mountain bikes and increasingly popular on road and time trial bikes as amateur and pro cyclists alike take advantage of their decreased rolling resistance and increased puncture protection. But just how quickly will they seal when you ride over something sharp? Jeremy recently got sent some new Pirelli tyres and wanted to test them out on a variety of sharp objects to find out whether they would seal.
