Fabian Cancellara, Tony Martin and Bradley Wiggins are three of the greatest time trialists of recent years, but what do they have in common? Is there one type of pro cyclist that makes a great time trialist? To ride a good time trial, you must be able to sustain a high threshold power, have incredible focus, an aerodynamic position and be flexible and strong enough to maintain this position for long periods of time.
