Vuelta A España 2013 - Rider Diaries Episode 4

GCN followed three riders at the 2013 Vuelta a Espana, Michael Mørkøv, Adam Hansen and Reinardt Janse van Rensburg, and in episode 4 we caught up with the guys to find out how the last few days had been.

Stage 7 of the Vuelta was a hot 205km ride - hydration again being key in keeping going for the length of the stage. Michael was though a little distracted after a huge win the day before! Reinardt came in a very respectable 10th and Michael 15th

Stage 8 was a 166km ride, with all three of the guys finishing in the gruppetto, making sure that their GC riders were in position at the bottom of the final climb, with Michael's teammate Nicolas Roche gaining the red jersey at the end of the day.

Stage 9 again saw the guys finishing towards the back, but overall pleased with their performances.
