Stage 3 of the 2014 Tour of Qatar was a 10.9km individual time trial.

Much like the Dubai Tour, specific the time trial equipment was not allowed at the Tour of Qatar.

Race leader Niki Terpstra of Omega Pharma Quick Step was the last man off the start ramp after early times were set by Daniele Bennatti and Michael Hepburn.
