Milan-Sanremo 2020 Preview | Watch On GCN Race Pass
Milan-Sanremo. For 2020, La Primavera retains it's spot as the first monument as the season, albeit five months later than usual. The race will see twenty seven uncharacteristically small six man teams battle for 298km towards the iconic finish of the Via Roma. This truly iconic race will have last year's winner, Julian Alaphilippe, on the start line - looking to redeem himself after an underwhelming Strade Bianche the weekend before. Challenging him for the win is arguably the best monument rider in the peloton; Philippe Gilbert - who will be looking to complete the set, and become just the fourth rider in history to win all five monuments.
