Disc brakes have arrived at Grand Tours. Dan takes a closer look at Markel Irizar's Team Trek Domane Disc Brake bike that he's been testing at the Vuelta. Is there a weight penalty?

With Disc Brakes authorised by the UCI for the last months of the 2015 season, a number of teams have been experimenting with them at races of their choice.

However, this is the first time we've ever seen such a bike used in a Grand Tour, in this case the Vuelta a España.

This is Markel Irizar's Trek Domane - Dan takes a closer look at the bike, and finds out if there is much of a weight penalty for using a disc brake bike.
