Riding with one hand on the bars or riding no handed are key skills for pro and everyday cyclists. For the pros, celebrating the win, taking a feed bag in the feed zone and putting a rain cape on and off are all necessary skills. How do these transfer to your riding? Putting a gilet or raincape on on the go, indicating to other road users, and drinking or eating on the bike will all improve your riding experience.
