Do you find yourself injured or with aches and pains or tight spots after cycling? You can go a long way to solving that with a bit of body maintenance. Garmin-Sharp chiropractor, Matt Rabin and top pro Dan Martin show you a couple of dynamic stretches that you can incorporate into your daily routine. These exercises - one for your glutes and hamstrings, one for your piriformis - focus on a couple of common problem areas for cyclists.
