Fitting your cleats correctly on your cycling shoes can be tricky. Get it wrong and you’ll put undue stress on your joints and muscles, which will lead to discomfort and potential injury. Alex visited expert bike fitter Jake from Precise Performance to find out the best way to set up your cleats as well as some of the most common cleat fitting mistakes.
