Does Van Der Poel Climb Faster Than We Can Descend?!

At the 2021 Strade Bianche, Mathieu van der Poel laid down a watt bomb on the final climb to leave the rest in his wake. The Via Santa Caterina climb is a beast: 1.2km long at an average gradient of 6.4% and a section at 18%. Van der Poel rode up it at a whopping 27.3km/h! With traffic and pedestrians to avoid, can Manon descend the epic climb as fast as MVDP went up it?
