Andrew Talansky is on a brand new Cervelo R5 for the 2014 Tour de France. It's an incredible bike, with full Shimano DI2, Mavic Wheels and Rotor cranks.

The Cervelo R5 has been the ride of choice for most of the Garmin SHARP team for the past couple of seasons, choosing it's light weight and comfort over the pure aerodynamics of the S5.
The team use Shimano DI2, with only minor concessions to the Rotor crankset. Mavic supply the wheels, in this case the Cosmic 40s with a wider profile to support the 25mm tyres.
It's interesting to note that Talansky is so particular about sizes that he travels with his saddle and seatpost, swapping from his training bike at home to his race bike to make sure that the two feel absolutely identical.
