British national champion Pfeiffer Georgi is a young rider who has steadily risen to the top level of women’s racing. After a successful junior career, Georgi was signed by dsm-firmenich PostNL straight out of the junior ranks at 18, and has been with the team ever since. The 22-year-old developed into an integral part of their lead-out train, helping deliver first Lorena Wiebes and then Charlotte Kool to several big wins.

As well as her abilities in the lead-out, Georgi has grown into a strong Classics-style rider. After a strong campaign in 2022, she went even better in 2023, taking her first elite win with a brave solo move in the Classic Brugge-De Panne. She went on to finish her season with victory in Binche-Chimay-Binche. After proving her one-day racing abilities, the Brit will be hoping for more chances in the Classics in 2024, as well as continuing in her role as Kool's final woman.

Georgi is definitely more of a powerful rider than a climber, but with strengths that lend themselves to many different scenarios. She is also a two-time national champion, having won in 2021 and 2023.
