Neilson Powless

Neilson Powless is an American all-rounder who currently rides for the EF-Education EasyPost team. Coming through the ranks as a highly promising junior and U23 rider, Powless won a stage at the Tour de l’Avenir in 2016 after a breakthrough season on the US domestic scene.

He became the US U23 national road champion a year later before turning professional with Jumbo-Visma in 2018.A move to EF followed two years later with Powless quickly establishing himself as one the team’s most reliable and versatile riders. He won San Sebastian in 2021 after making his Tour de France debut a few weeks earlier, and then followed that with an impressive 2022 campaign that included 12th overall in the Tour de France.
