Kasia Niewiadoma (Canyon-SRAM) has been one of the most consistent riders over the last five years, though the big road wins often elude her. The Polish rider is always present and aggressive in the key moments of major races, but has a surprisingly small number of victories to her name. Her career highlights include stage wins and the overall at the Women’s Tour, a win at Amstel Gold, and third overall at the Tour de France Femmes avec Zwift in both 2022 and 2023.

In 2023, Niewiadoma also burst onto the gravel scene, taking one of her biggest wins yet by winning the UCI World Championships, before going on to win the Big Sugar race in the US.

A punchy climber, Niewiadoma is most at home in the Ardennes Classic, where she has several podium finishes. She is also strong on the flat, though, a combination which lends itself well to the stage races on the women’s calendar, as well as gravel racing. She’s a rider in the same category as the recently-retired Annemiek van Vleuten and SD Worx's Demi Vollering, in that you can expect to see her in the frame and attacking in all the biggest races of the season, from one-days to multi-stage events.
