Christophe Laporte

Christophe Laporte is a French classics specialist and sprinter who currently rides for the Jumbo-Visma team. The former Cofidis rider has enjoyed a huge upturn in form and results since moving to Jumbo-Visma at the start of the 2021 season, winning a stage of the Tour de France on his debut for the Dutch team.

He has become a pivotal rider for Jumbo-Visma in the spring classics and has become a formidable ally for van Wout van Aert. Laporte won both Gent-Wevelgem and Dwars door Vlaanderen in 2023 and has re-signed with Jumbo-Visma for the next two seasons.
