Dylan van Baarle is a Dutch professional cyclist who currently rides for the Jumbo-Visma squad.

Van Baarle is renowned as a Spring Classics specialist but his all-round ability has seen him become a dependable and well-respected domestique in the Grand Tours with multiple starts in the Tour de France to his name. The winner of Paris-Roubaix in 2022 and Omloop Het Nieuwsblad in 2023, van Baarle is one of the best-established cobbles riders in the world. His versatility has also helped secure Tour de France titles with the Dutch rider helping his former team, Ineos Grenadiers, to four yellow jerseys between 2015 and 2019, before supporting Jonas Vingegaard to Jumbo-Visma's second Tour de France title in 2023.

Van Baarle had joined Jumbo-Visma at the start of 2023 in a move that saw him link up with Vingegaard, Primož Roglič and Wout van Aert. Following their success at the Tour de France, Jumbo-Visma selected Van Baarle for the Vuelta a España as they went in search of victory through either Roglič or Vingegaard.
