Marlen Reusser (SD Worx) is a Swiss time trialist and rouleur-type rider, who has a strong Classics pedigree and has been with SD Worx since 2022.

A doctor by vocation, 31-year-old Reusser was a latecomer to cycling and rode at an amateur level before starting her career with the UCI’s Switzerland-based World Cycling Centre team in 2019. Her performances there, which included becoming a double Swiss national champion, earned her rides on Bigla-Katusha and Alé BTC Ljubljana before being signed by SD Worx.

With her power on the flat, Reusser is a strong domestique for the team, but is also a talented rider on Classics-type terrain. She took a solo victory on the gravel stage of the Tour de France Femmes avec Zwift in 2022, and in 2023 took her biggest one-day win with another solo effort in Gent-Wevelgem.

She's also not a stranger to a GC victory these days, having taken the overall win in the Tour de Suisse and Itzulia Women in 2023, not because she is a pure climber but because of her consistency across many different types of stage.

On the final stage of the Tour de France Femmes in 2023, Reusser took another stage win, going fastest on the final-day time trial around Pau whilst teammate Demi Vollering took the overall win.

Elsewhere on the TT bike, Reusser has finished on the podium on three occasions at the World Championships, and twice won the mixed relay team time trial with her Swiss compatriots.
