Michał Kwiatkowski is a Polish cyclist and former road race world champion who races for the Ineos Grenadiers team.

Kwiatkowski has won Milan-San Remo, two editions of both the Amstel Gold Race and Strade Bianche, plus San Sebastián and E3 Harelbeke The all-rounder has also amassed victories in several stage races including Tirreno-Adriatico, the Volta ao Algarve and the Tour de Pologne.

In 2020 and 2023, Kwiatkowski also won stages in the Tour de France.

Turning professional with Caja Rural in 2010, Kwiatkowski moved to RadioShack in 2011 and after just one season on a squad that included Lance Armstrong, the young Polish rider moved to Omega Pharma Quick-Step at the beginning of 2012.

Kwiatkowski had four seasons on the Belgian team, winning the rainbow jersey in 2014 before Team Sky offered the rider a long-term deal. He won E3 Harelbeke in his first few months on the British team but it wasn’t until 2017 that his Grand Tour pedigree began to see him transform into a super domestique. He helped Chris Froome, Geraint Thomas and Egan Bernal win three consecutive Tours between 2017 and 2019, while also padding his own palmarès with a series of impressive victories.

Kwiatkowski is contracted with Ineos Grenadiers until the end of the 2025 season.
