Rohan Dennis is a retired two-time world champion cyclist.

An Olympic silver medallist on the track in London 2012, Dennis rose through the ranks at Garmin before making a mid-season transfer to BMC Racing ahead of the 2014 Vuelta a España. Dennis spent five years on the American team and firmly established himself as one of the best time trialists in the world. He won his first world championship against the clock in 2018 before defending his title successfully a year later in Yorkshire.

For 2019 Dennis signed a two-year deal with Bahrain Merida but his first season was overshadowed when he left the Tour de France midway through the race, with no full explanation given by the rider or his team. Later that year his contract on the team was terminated less than a year after signing.

Dennis joined Ineos Grenadiers at the start of the 2020 season and played an integral role in the Giro d’Italia win for Tao Geoghegan Hart. At the start of the 2022 season, Dennis joined Jumbo-Visma where he ended his career in 2023.
