Audrey Cordon-Ragot (Human Powered Health) is one of the longest-serving riders in the peloton, starting her senior career in 2008. She has ridden for many teams over her career, including Hitec Products, Wiggle High5 and Trek-Segafredo until the end of 2022.

The 33-year-old is a real all-rounder, often taking on a team role but also taking wins in everything from time trials and stage races to one-day races and sprints. Her biggest results include six national time trial titles, a stage at La Route de France, and twice overall victory at the Bretagne Tour. In the latter part of her career, her strengths lie in her sprints and time trialling, as well as the expertise she can bring as a road captain.

In 2022, Cordon-Ragot had a tumultuous off-season, first suffering from a transient ischaemic attack (TIA) - a mini-stroke - and then losing her team at the last minute when the B&B Hotels women’s team collapsed. She then signed for Zaaf Cycling, but left the team in April amid reports that riders were not being paid. She found a new home and a return to the WorldTour with a mid-season transfer to Human Powered Health.

In 2023 Audrey Cordon-Ragot was part of a French team that won gold in the Mixed Relay at the European Championships.
