Amanda Spratt (Lidl-Trek) is a veteran Australian climber and GC rider. Spratt spent 11 seasons at what is now Jayco AlUla, and was one of their founding members and key leaders for a decade, before moving to Trek for 2023.

At 36, she has spent more than a decade and a half racing on the European circuit, with several seasons on European squads before joining the Australian team in 2012. Spratt is a relatively rare example of an older rider who has been racing all the way through from the junior ranks.

A climber and good time trialist, Spratt is best suited for GC racing and the hillier one-day races. She has three overall victories at her home race, the Tour Down Under, but has also won stages at the Giro Donne, finished on the Giro podium, and taken the runner-up spot in one-day races like Liège-Bastogne-Liège and Trofeo Alfredo Binda.

At the end of 2021, Spratt took some time away to undergo iliac artery surgery, and continued her recovery into 2022, but was back to fitness in 2023. Although she may not be one of the top GC riders anymore, she's still a threatening rider who should still be expected to take some wins in 2024.
