Laurin Winter has always been drawn to the race against the clock—or at least the thrill of the chase. For six years, he rode as a Continental pro with teams like Heizomat, Differdange, and the ever-stylish Maloja Pushbikers. A time trial specialist, Laurin wasn’t your typical aero fanatic—he embraced the science, but never at the expense of style.

After competing in some of Europe’s most prestigious races, he stepped away from the pro peloton in 2020 and moved to Brussels to study politics. He traded breakaways for policy papers—but never lost sight of the bike. Having known Patrick for years and raced alongside him in the national team, joining GCN feels like coming full circle.

Off the bike, Laurin values good company, dry humor, getting lost in music, and spontaneous travel—just never getting lost on the bike. At GCN, he brings a sense of style and substance—whether he's in the saddle or in front of the camera.
