Even the pros have bad days as was recently highlighted at the Giro d’Italia. We give our tips on how to help your riding friends if they’re struggling. Sometimes it can be more demoralising for them if you’re obviously trying to help, so subtle assistance is the best way to go. Kind encouragement, taking breaks and helping with their nutrition are all great ways you can assist your mates.
