Kinesiology tape can be used to small treat injuries whilst you're on the go. Garmin-Sharp chiropractor Matt Rabin showed us how to treat achilles tendon pain.

If you have slight anterior knee pain, there's no harm in using kinesiology tape (Rock Tape in this case) to treat and support your achilles tendon. However, if you're in serious pain or if you're worried that you're doing any damage, then please go to a physio to make sure that you're not going to do any lasting harm.
If you think that the injury is only a slight tweak and that you'll be able to continue training, then using a bit of tape can get you through a four hour ride or race.
