You really can't beat the feeling of flying down a descent. Descending isn't simply a matter of natural ability or bravery and in fact we'd argue that misplaced confidence when descending is dangerous. Descending well and improving your descending is all about skill development, relaxing on your bike and having confidence in your skill level.
