How To Improve Lower Back Stability With Dynamic Stretches From Garmin-Sharp

Clock00:00, Saturday 16th November 2013

Warming up your lower back and your core before riding is a great way to help avoid injury. Team Garmin Sharp's Chiropractor Matt Rabin shows us a couple of pre ride streches with the help of Dan Martin.

Matt shows us two more stretches, to stretch and help to warm up your psoas muscles, glutes, core and abdomen. These muscles all play a key role in supporting you when you're out on your bike and are areas that can cause real problems if not looked after.

Getting these stretches in as part of your pre-ride routine, along with the other two that Matt showed us previously should help you to avoid injury and increase your comfort on the bike.

Big thanks to Matt and Dan for showing us these stretches, give them a follow on Twitter: http://twitter.com/mattrabin and http://twitter.com/DanMartin86
