How To Adjust Cup & Cone Bearings | GCN Tech Monday Maintenance

Cup and cone bearings are used in bike wheels from a number of brands, including Shimano. Over time through wear or poor setup, the preload on the bearings can reduce and lead to play in the wheel. In this video, Alex takes us through how to adjust your cup and cone bearing bike wheels to make sure they're running smooth and true!
