The Tour of Colombia takes place at almost 3000m above sea level. For the riders who grew up at altitude, this is no big deal. However, for many of the pros, this massively changes the way they have to prepare for the race. GCN en Español were at the Tour of Colombia to ask the riders how they prepare to race at altitude.
