Giacomo Nizzolo of Trek-Segafredo held the overnight lead on GC going into Day 4, but with a sprint finish on the cards and some crucial bonus seconds at the line, the Italian would have to finish in the top 2 to cement the win. Could he do it? Or could Marcel Kittel cap a dream start to his year?
