Day two of the Taipei Cycle Show!

Simon goes on the hunt for more awesome cycle tech! What does he find on his journey?

Simon takes a look at the eyewear from Koo, the sister company of helmet brand Kask. Featuring Carl Zeiss lenses and fully compatible with the Kask helmet range.

SpeedX present the prototype of the Unicorn, featuring their own brand powermeter too. Worth keeping an eye on this as the price for the complete bike, with Shimano Ultegra Di2 and powermeter is just $3400!

Ebikes are here to stay, Coast cycles have got a 1000w motor on a bike, however, it's certainly not road legal.

Cable specialist Jagwire have got Simon excited, they've managed to lose 50% of the weight on their standard outer gear cables, by replacing the steel outer with a braided version into the polymer liner. Very cool, very light. Their new inner cables are polished too, so they don't need any coating!

Santini show off the new 2017 Maglia Rosa featuring a gold trim on the pockets to mark the 100th edition of the Giro d'Italia.

Diavelo have a new electric road bike, the Virtuale. It has a 250w motor and will last about 1.75hrs on full power. They've also collaborated with Pininfarina to launch the E-Voluzione which is a very cool looking bike too.

Ergon teased Simon with some new insoles designed to give more performance, more control and more power. A great bit of kit to slip inside your existing shoes.

Profile Design have a new TT setup, the Areia Ultimate Cockpit. It's not a one piece system, so that means they can still be adjusted! Very helpful.
