Scott Davies: The british time trialling phenom this year showcased his all-round riding ability with his 4th placed finish in the prestigious ‘Baby Giro’ Neilson Powless: Powless’ win in the u23 national road race, and 4th place overall at the Tour of Utah was enough for Lotto NL - Jumbo to sign him for the 2018 season. Jhonatan Narvaez: The Ecuadorian`road race champion is an exciting all-round prospect for Team Quick-Step Floors. As capable in sprints as he is on climbs, only time will tell what sort of rider Narvaez will be. Jan Hirt: 12th place overall at the 2017 Giro d’Italia was proof of the Czech riders prowess. The only question now is how good he can be with the support of the Astana team. Dan Mclay: The most exciting UK sprinting prospect, Mclay has proven that he is more than capable of challenging the top sprinters in the world. Can he get his first Tour de France stage win this year? Lucas Hamilton: Hamilton’s three year contract with Mitchelton-Scott shows the level of faith the team has in his ability to perform at the highest level.
