Welcome to another GCN indoor training session. This cycling workout was kindly written by Neal Henderson of the Sufferfest and is a tough 40-minute high-intensity pyramid session, with lots of short sprints above your threshold. You can use a road bike on a turbo trainer, on the rollers, or an indoor bike to complete this workout.
