We know that aerodynamic bikes, wheels and products are favoured by the pros because they’re faster. But, how about a simpler, cheaper, way of getting more aero by just changing your position on the bike. Tucking your elbows in, basically.

How much faster will this actually make you? And, how much effort will it save if you ride at the same speed or power output?
