Ultimate 1000
Oliver Bridgewood is taking on the biggest cycling challenge of his life. The Ultimate 1000: a 1000 km bike ride through the stunning Swiss Alps.
By far the longest ride Oliver’s ever tackled, just completing this brutal test of endurance will be an achievement. With 26 classified climbs and nearly 27,000 m of climbing, he’ll have to dig deep if he’s going to make it to the finish.
Months of training and preparation have led to this moment, as Oliver rides into the unknown. We’ll see in depth planning of his pacing strategy, nutritional plan, and an interview with Oliver’s coach, who’s been helping him build his endurance in the months leading up to the event.
The only way Ollie will find out if he can complete the ride…is to just go for it.
